Hello my name is Maria,I'm from Georgia.me and my boyfriend were to celebrite his birthday and I'm so happy that we lived there.exellent location everything was clear and urban was very solid.also staff was very good! i get everything whats i asked .edeka market is so close too! good choise ! I find it hard to believe this hotel is rated 4.5 out of of 5. The hotel is good for a quick stay but that’s it. The twin beds are essentially prison cots with a thin mattress and the pillow is the worst I’ve ever used it has no stuffing. The AC in the room doesn’t work so the window has to be opened as it’s extremely warm. The tram is currently not running out front either making it a walk to get to the public transportation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the shower has good water pressure and lots of hot water. For a quick one night stay fairly close to the central station it’s ok other than that I’d look elsewhere.

There is no problem with hotel hardware facilities But, There is a problem with the working attitude of the hotel front desk staff. Specifically referring to the male staff who worked at check-in, who were very unfriendly. All ten of us had the same feeling
