The location was amazing, however, the lack of sleep due to the poor quality bed meant we wouldn’t stay here again. You could feel the springs and it wasn’t supportive for two people. It’s a bed I’d expect in a spare room not hotel. While the hotel staff tried to find another bed, the alternative option was just the same. It put a real dampener on my first trip to Melbourne - a real shame.
