Very disappointing. 1 As you enter only one lift working, carpet extremely dirty in the lift. 2 No decent coffee mugs only stupid little cups. 3 No shower recess, shower over bath and nothing to hang onto for support (Dangerous for elderly people) 4 Toilet cistern make top up noises all night Will never stay in this Mecure hotel in the future

Everything ok until we left our face wash in the toilet on the day we check out at 11.00 and send an email at the night, but no respond until now. Due to the schedule change, we came back to the hotel early morning next day and receptionist said, housekeeping havent find it and even then find they already throw away. 😅😅

Loved the size of the room, comfortable beds, facilities good and most of the staff helpful and friendly. The downside was the morning after our first night we were interrupted by maintenance and told our room wasn’t up to scratch which in fairness wasn’t. We had water damaged walls to bathroom, a hole in the wall and plaster coming away from walls ( took photos) definitely not the standard of a 4 * . After returning from our day out we were expecting our room upgrade however were shown 3 other room alternatives that were also suffering the same neglect. We decided to stay put and were given an extra hour of check out on our last day ( not amazing) however I hope these issues are fixed as I would love to bring my partner of 32years on a visit next year. Kind regards
