Ibis hotels, whats not too like? The location is excellent close to the main square, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Every single one of the staff we met were excellent and could not have been more helpful, thank you.

Excellent service and good location, the only negative point is the smell of cigarettes in the room, but other than that the stay was very good.

Hi- Friendly staff- very helpful. Two issues: 1. The second lift is not working and as I understand from a colleague that recently visited it has been out for several months- this radically impacts travel time during peak hours such as breakfast service. Perhaps the stairs could be used between levels- not clear if fire exit only. 2. Iron and ironing board. The situation with this is laughable! You have an iron at the checkout desk. Then you have a room for ironing with a lightweight ironing board (really?!?). The standard room access key does not open the door. Meaning that I had to go down to reception and wait for the lift. Then the person from reception confirms that the card does not work. Comes up to open the door. More waiting because of the single lift. Access granted and then none of the power supply in the room works! So, you cannot use the iron! Ended up going back to my room and steaming the shirt. In total making me 15 minutes late for my meeting. CAN YOU PLEASE buy some ironing boards and let people just take the Iron and Ironing Board to their room where you can iron your shirt in your underwear straight out of the shower just like any other business hotel in the world! Please look to this- the logic of the system right now is crazy- it would be better if you said 'we do not have an iron'.
