However, we regret to hear that the size of the room did not fully meet your needs. ibis rooms are designed to offer a smart use of space for a comfortable rest. Additionally, we take note of your expectations regarding in-room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities. While our premium rooms do offer these added conveniences, we understand the importance of these details and continuously strive to enhance our guest experience. We apologize for any inconveniences experienced with our bar staff. Our guests' complete satisfaction is paramount, and we will certainly look into this matter to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere. Regarding the early check-in, our intention is always to have everything prepared for our guests' arrival, and we regret if there was any delay in providing your room keys. This feedback is highly valuable as it helps us improve our coordination for such services. Regarding sustainability efforts, we are pleased to hear that you appreciate our initiatives, though it seems there was a misunderstanding with our housekeeping service. We are glad to hear that the hotel's central location provided you with convenient access to local attractions and that you found our proximity to the train station beneficial, despite the challenging walk on cobblestone streets. However, we regret to hear about the various issues you encountered during your stay. We take pride in our cleanliness standards; thus, it's concerning to learn about the shampoo dispenser and the toilet paper not being adequately replenished. We also aim to ensure a comfortable night's sleep, so feedback regarding bed comfort is taken seriously.
