The lobby is nice but the room is very outdated, had lots of weird stains, holes in towels, carpet and sheets.

Nice hotel, good location, nice room

We really like Sofitel but this time the mattress pad was somehow off center. I tried to pull it over to center it but it wouldn't budge. My wife told me later that she found her side of the bed to be "really lumpy." Also, I always order a top sheet and I think only once has it ever been in my room when we arrived. So I have to request one and wait for it to be delivered and then I have to remake the bed.
