We liked our stay and specifically the nice experience when checking in. What we really disliked and never happened to us at any hotel before is the fact that the sofa bed was not prepared and when I asked for the linen and pillow I was told it would cost 80SGD to get the sofa prepared. This is unheard of and not in line with any hotel standard. I agree that if I would stay in a hostel I cannot expect to have a bed been ready to sleep in. But if I specifically book a room for 3 with a child, I can expect that not only the queen bed is ready to be used. Please re-consider your standards.

We didn’t like the glass walled toilet that was near the bed. The shower was mouldy (room 906) The staff were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. But the toilet was a no no….
