Hotel is well located . Bencoolen and Rochor MRT stations are at walkable distance. Room was very congested and it is not suitable for family with kids. Bathroom was like corner box.

Our 2nd stay and again, as at 1st time, the wrong room category was in the system. Very time consuming mail exchange and discussion to prove that we, the Client, is right. No compensation for the annoyance offered!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our son for 3 nights, on the way back from our daughter’s wedding in Boracay. It was extremely good value for money - very clean and good sized rooms for Singapore. The air-con in the rooms was good and not noisy like other places we had stayed in, and the staff very accommodating. The hotel is very central to all the places we wanted to visit. There are 2 MTRs within a few minutes’ walk which serve different directions. We didn’t have breakfast but did have a meal in the restaurant on the afternoon that we flew home. It was very acceptable. Only one little grumble - the pillows were very large and quite hard, although one of mine was a little softer than the other. But that didn’t detract from the very good stay we had there. I would highly recommend as a budget hotel - central to all the places highlighted in the guidebooks.
