Not as good as other Mercure hotels

We booked for two guests. They only provided one small quilt for one single person. We asked for an extra and it took us a long conversation for the reception to understand. I don't get it. How hard is it to understand the inquiry "Can we get one extra quilt"? Other than that, things are fine.

Hotel is good, very close to city center. Breakfast with everything needed. Only point was room key. 4 time di not worked.

Hotel was well located, clean and similar to other Mercure’s I’ve stayed in Germany.
