It was a very nice stay. The room was comfy and accommodated my stay while I was at the hotel. Enjoyed my time. My room key was sometimes difficult to unlock my door but otherwise no complaints.

The stuff entered my room while I was out and had no reason to. Say they smelled cigarette smoke when I open the door to the maid to swap towels earlier that day but waited until I left to go enter my room!! Asked for a refund of my stay but ganged up on me to refuse me Never felt so embarrassed as they did this infront of other guests
