The front office manager, Potae is very friendly and helpful. The service is very good. The room is clean and spacious for 2 pax. The hotel looks very clean and spacious too. The location is very convenient and alot of shopping malls are just opposite. Lots of food around too.

POTAE - front office manager was so friendly and helpful in the checkin process and provided us great recommendations around the hotel! Room is clear and spacious for 2 pax with 2 mid luggages. Hotel is located at the central and accessible to many places!

Great check in experience with Potae , front office manager he is friendly and helpful. served with a bright smile. Cocierge is helpful with directions. And help with luggage . hotel is at good location and lobby is clean and bright. Overall a super good experience.

We value the location of this hotel. Reception staff are pleasant though not communicative. Exceptionally impressive services from the staff at The Square especially from its manager there. Room housekeeping service are efficient too, though one of my bath towels had a stain on it that freaked me out as I’d discovered it when using it after my shower! I’d thought it could be a blood stain from my body and asked my wife to check. But there weren’t any. So that was a disappointing incident.
