That is a well located spot which is very convenient to get to the Surfers Paradise. Good view from our balcony to see the GC city and the beach. The outdoor pools have renovated which feels comfortable to use it. The indoor pool and spa looked a bit outdated compared with the outside pools. The BBQ areas and the tennis court are well maintained and quite enjoyable. However, no welcome drinks and internet while we were there we felt quite disappointed. Also, no receptionist after 3:00pm which makes it difficult if there are problems with our stay.

Great location, room tired

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter, arrived late by afterhours check in worked well. The amenities of the facility are excellent, great pools, lawn areas and BBQ area was very well maintained. The views from the room were spectacular and the facility is close enough but not too close to Cavill Avenue. A short walk. The room itself was badly in need of a refurbishment. I am sure brown tiles were the thing in the 1980's but not anymore and the bottom of the vanity was very worn and flaky.

False advertising

We didn't receive a sea view apartment which was advertised when we booked it. It was false advertising and we were shocked not receiving sea/ocean view at all. The whole point of booking a sea view appartment for our anniversary failed.
