Reception lady was 10/10. Very good with grandkids. it was a shame the residents were a bit cranky. All residents book tennis court in prime time on Sunday but don’t use it. Also, both pools were closed so couldn’t swim. Luck it is Hervey Bay and water is flat in ocean.

We were very grateful to work out we had been upgraded to apartment 10, the 2 story 3 bedroom apartment. (No one told us at check in). It is perfect for families with lots of space and the master bedroom upstairs with its own balcony and outdoor patio area, felt like a parents retreat. Only problem was there is only 1 air conditioner downstairs in the living room. There needs to be 1 upstairs in the master bedroom. As the property also has permanent residence, we had to close the doors and windows multiple times due to someone smoking on their balcony. With no air conditioning upstairs, it got quiet uncomfortable at times. Either be hot or put up with smell of the smoke, not nice when you're trying to relax on holidays. Also the carport/garages are a waste of time if you have any type of large car.
