Noise from outside due poor quality insulation. Definitely unsafe area full of smugglers Greeting behaviour to be reviewed as some of staff wasn't even a bit smiley. Horrible pillows make the cervical a nightmare. Asked for 3 more pillows they told me they don't have enough pillows????!! A/c into room is centralized and working 24/7 with no chance to turn it off If you want to have breakfast at 9:00 am you don't find all the food that should be there. Room was Clean Just in front to metro station Only 20 minutes from CDG Airport

Ok stay…

The hotel was fine and nicely located, but there were lots of men outside dealing sigarettes and standing near de entrance to the hotel, which feels a bit annoying every time you enter or exit the hotel. Especially with small children. Furthermore the hotel uses a perfume all over the lobby and hallways and rooms which was very overwhelming!!!! After requesting not to spray in my room my sleep and stay got al lot better. I wasn’t informed about the powersocket in the bathroom which they had switched off because of safety issues.

Use the rooms, but avoid the restaurant!

During our four-night stay at the hotel were we booked 2 rooms, we had a positive experience in the well-appointed and clean rooms. However, our disappointment stemmed from the restaurant. Despite its near-empty status each day, it remained dirty, with a persistent jam stain on the floor throughout our stay, I do have the picture if needed. The staff, though friendly, seemed unwilling to maintain cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast tables were often unclean, with breadcrumbs, dirty glasses and missing cutlery. As vegetarians, we found no limited meal options but only one single option, leading us to dine elsewhere. As a client and shareholder of Accor, I felt genuinely disappointed, particularly given that this is a four-star hotel with significant pricing.

The hotel is run-down, TV didn't work, bed wasn't comfortable.

An expensive nightmare

Veronique C TripAdvisor review

Noisy place, people shouting in the street, 1 bottle of water for 2 persons for two nights, horrible breakfast (fruits already cut and soaking in water, the food is not fresh and left on the counter without any covering, staff doesn’t know how to welcome customers, greetings customers or a simple good morning isn’t part of their duties and they are not properly dressed no dress code. Paying 17 euros for a so called Caesar salad when the bowl is filled with 3/4 of lettuce not to mention the topping which was nowhere to find. At the breakfast an uncontrolled kid by the parents running everywhere and the staff didn’t move to remind the parents to take care of their kid as the kid could injured himself or customers ( he was holding a knife). So this Novotel is definitely out of the list when mentioning 4 stars. Only worth 2 stars.
