Stay at this apart hotel for 4 nights with my family (myself, wife and 7 years old kid). The room is ok. It was well clean. Although the furniture is a little old. You have a proper bed room with a bed and a sofa with a side bed for a single person. They say 4 can sleep in the room, but if it is 4 adults, 2 will not have good night as the "beds" in the living room are not good for adults. There is a reasonable kitchen as well. The location is not very good for tourism in rome most visited sights, it is a bit far. But the staff of the hotel is very friendly and professional.

The apartments we stayed felt very new, were super clean and fit our needs well. Only downside was the padel court right next to it that plays music until 11pm and the lack of AC in the room. Personnel is super helpful and friendly and would recommend a stay here if this area is preferred.

Great location and right next to train station for easy connectivity anywhere in Rome. It would be good if they had placed some water + if they would clean atleast every 2 days. We were there for 4 night and it got pretty messy by the end of it. If you book 1 night they would still have to clean but I guess the airbnb effect kicking in. Other than that, location and price were good I guess to cover for these issues.

I stayed here in January with my partner. Lovely comfortable and spotless apartment. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and were so helpful. It was my first visit to Rome and the staff were so kind to offer suggestions and advice for travelling. Roma Balduina station was right next door so location is ideal for exploring Rome and Vatican City. Thank you for a memorable stay!
