I didn’t find the staff at the service desk helpful. They were rather curt and couldn’t guide us when we had questions about sightseeing in Berlin. The ice machine was broken and for the four days that we were there, no one bothered to have it fixed.

Across the road from Berlin HBF and local amenities. Quite far from the airport but look for the local train and will take you direct - cheaper than taxi. Staff are direct not as warm and inviting as the other hotel receptionists I interacted in Germany.
