We had a great stay in the hotel for almost a week. A nice family room with 2 individual rooms and a bathroom, perfectly for ourselves and our two teenage daughters. Although the airco was working, it still was a bit warm in the evening, nights...

Questionable hygiene. Toilet seat was broken. Hair dryer bag dirty and old. mold in the bathroom. the smell of cigarettes. the air conditioner does not work. The price does not justify the value at all.

Great Location, close to Leuven, any direction reachable by motorway. A lot of shops and eating facilities around, you can even go walking. Hotel itself also delivers snacks and drinks. Rooms are clean, nice wooden floor, quiet, good bathroom with nice warm water, very good at a great price, certainly for ALL members + the staff is very helpful and welcoming

We booked the hotel for the practical location (we had a party nearby) and didn't have high expectations. We've never been to an Ibis hotel before. But we were very pleasantly suprised! The check in went very smooth and simple, the receptionist was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and had good pillows. Breakfast was also very good, lots of choices. We will definitely consider staying at Ibis for future occasions.

I have stayed in this Ibis on numerous occasions and usually have a good experience. However, on this occasion I was on the ground floor near reception. This resulted in a lot of unwanted noise - constant phone ringing and very loud people (possibly guests). I was exhausted and wanted to sleep. The room was also cold and I couldn't make it any warmer. The shower was nice but would benefit from a shelf where one can place own toiletries.
