We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were sines to the reqard programme and had fun spinning the wheel game we thought it was a great initiative to engage specially with the children, we did not see that everywhere else, super friendly staff great service, pool is a bonus for the kids, we were able to store our bags we like to praise the reception team, we will be back surely.

My stay was great! Warm welcome from the reception team and the rest of the staff were lovely. Looking forward to returning soon next year. Big thank you to all the reception team! The swimming pool was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

One of the best hotels I have visited in London family friendly with large rooms and pool area will definitely be coming back special mention to Daniel went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Could not fault them looking forward to returning soon!

All you need, just needs a little refreshing. Carpets very stained. Shower head did not work properly. But super friendly staff and a good location for work.
