Not a cheap hotel and good reviews. However we were greeted by fallen ceiling panels outside our room with no safety measures or signs in place around them. The room itself was FILTHY and we went out and bought anti-bac wipes to wipe all surfaces. Dried food and drink on all handles and tables. The shower was as foul. Utterly foul. Black, thick slime on the bottom of the disabled person aids. We had to boil a kettle and pour it on the floor before showering. The toaster triggered the electrics and turned all electrics off in the room when used. And no hand soap in dispenser. Beds were clean and comfy though. And the guys on the front desk were happy, professional, and actually really sweet.

Due to storm Kathleen on Saturday and flight delays we could not get there in time and had to overnight at the airport hotel!

Good location, just next to Liverpool central station, and close to Lime street. Easily walk to shopping malls, shopping street, restaurants.

Easy to find, swift check-in. Spacious apartment - advertised 'city view' would have been nice rather than an office block Noisy when neighbours returned in the early hours

Enjoyed our stay. Big room with basic kitchen facilities. Really close to town. The rule of turning off the refrigerator when we were checking in straight away, without telling us did not make any sense. All of our cold stuff was spoilt due to it not being left on. First time this has happened in any hotel we have stayed at in the world! We were told for energy saving. Management allowed compensation for the items that were spoilt!
