A very basic room, which is what you expect for the cheap price - but friendly service costs nothing and is missing here. The room door entry system was so temperamental that only a security guard with a special knack could fathom it out - waited behind a queue of guests all with the same problem. Had to buy a packet of crisps on a credit card because thinking you could pay with coins for such an item seems - based on the face of the receptionist - to make you a total weirdo. The breakfast offer is very limited and poor value for money.

The hotel is in a great location for eating out and drinking. Not far to train or bullring. Tidy big budget rooms and wonderful staff but a lot if noise from traffic and people coming back late. Good for a lively city break not a relaxing holiday

The hotel is located close to the city centre and bus stops are nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, however, little selection, which on the 2nd day was even smaller as they "didn't get a delivery" - it is not worth the almost nine pounds.

Surprised this is an Accor hotel

Think I’d agree that this is more akin to a hostel than a hotel. Quite tired inside. I had to move room due to sewage smell. Second room had very noisy plumbing. Odd smell in corridors as well. Staff very friendly and helpful but hotel is not what I would expect having stayed in Ibis Budget before.
