Our stay was very fine, the room is large enough and we had a small gift in the room too :) i also have to mention that the sheet of the baby crib is really cute for the baby. Thank you for the team.

Hotel is fine for the location and price. The staff are very helpful, and the price was very reasonable. However, the rooms are quite old fashioned, for example the TV's are small, low definition, and very few working international channels. There are no USB ports, and no power plugs near the bed. However, the worst thing was there was no working heating, so it was cold for my entire stay.

It served its purpose but the overall offering is not to the expected standard of a Mercure hotel I have been used to. Beds are like concrete to lay on. The reception music for some reason could be heard in rooms up to and gone midnight. I think this is because of the poor design where a vast space in the middle goes up spanning all 3 floors causing an echo of the music. The quality of the breakfast is not great at all. Coffee was pretty awful and salad items looked like they had been around a while possibly redisplayed from a previous day.
