À l’arrivée dans la chambre nickel , douche nickel tout était nickel jetait content , jusqu’à le moment de prendre mon chocolat chaud ( IL NAVAIS PLUS DE CHOCOLAT CHAUD DONC JE SUIS PAS CONTENT JE REVIEN QUE SI IL REMETTE DU CHOCOLAT )

Monsieur, A la première lecture de l'avis nous avons cru à un commentaire "parodique" mais comme celui-ci a été réellement publié, nous allons prendre "chocolatement" le temps d'y répondre : Tout d'abord, nous avons la quasi certitude que vous n'êtes pas commerçant et ne connaissez pas l'impact que peut avoir une mauvaise note pour un établissement qui fait de son mieux au quotidien, c'est notre deuxième 1/5 en bientôt 6 ans de nouvelle gérance. NOUS ALLONS REPONDRE EN MAJUSCULE COMME VOUS SUR LE POINT EVOQUE ET VOUS INFORMER QU IL EST FORT PREJUDICIABLE QUE VOUS N'AYEZ PAS SOLLICITE NOTRE EQUIPE D'ACCUEIL CAR EN PLUS DU DISTRIBUTEUR CHAUD QUI SE TROUVE A LA RECEPTION OU EFFECTIVEMENT NOUS N'AVIONS PLUS DE CHOCOLAT CHAUD LE TEMPS DE RECEVOIR NOTRE COMMANDE ( ENTRE 3 ET 4 JOURS ), NOUS AVONS LA MACHINE A CAFE DU PETIT DEJEUNER QUE NOUS POUVONS UTILISER SUR DEMANDE AVEC UN PRIX FIXE A 1.20€ POUR TOUTES LES BOISSONS CHAUDES Y COMPRIS DONC LE CHOCOLA CHAUD LA OU CELUI VENDU 1.60€ AU DISTRIBUTEUR, QUELLE DOMMAGE ...

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza presso questo hotel, la camera è ben strutturata e pulita, i bagni (in condivisione) sono molto puliti, la colazione è proporzionata al costo che ha, e la posizione è anche molto comoda sia per la città di Lille che per l'autostrada. Consigliato per soggiorni brevi come il nostro.

Worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel, stayed one night as a stop over on our way to Croatia. There is a nightclub next door to the hotel and it booms out music until 4am, the music is so loud you just cannot sleep. I had booked this hotel for our return journey but needless to say I have cancelled my booking as I would not return to this place... ever!!!!

Sir, You have already left an opinion on another satisfaction survey, why share it everywhere if not to discredit our hotel? We understand that noise pollution from a neighboring establishment may have bothered you, but: Have you been unwelcome? Was the facility dirty? Have you noticed any noise within the hotel itself? We thought that the TripAdvisor community was objective and took all the parameters into account before evaluating but obviously not you... We are lucky to have a great team on our hotel who does not deserve to be so relentlessly discredited because it has been written several times in several different places. Disappointing... The F1 Lille Englos hotel team

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! Really nice experience! Yasin (manager) very friendly and helpful! Young person, communicative with great sense of humor! We absolutely Recommend this place!!! :)
