Ideal location for shoppers & business people alike with attractive decor, nice spacious rooms & good bar and surrounding restaurants. Only criticism is the room I had was a bit noisy as it faced the main road.

I booked, bought and paid for x 4 rooms for one night. The hotel and staff were fabulous, but I was disappointed not to get any room upgrade, welcome amenity or even nights/ points for more than just a single room. Aside from a welcome drink (which was difficult to use considering the bar opening hours), I really feel there wasnt much value to being an Accor member.

We rang the hotel on the way to ask about parking and we were told it would be $50 and just leave the car at the door. On arrival there was no one to help with parking and at reception we were told it would be $70 and could park ourselves for $50. This is considerably more than Pullman on the Park where we usually stay. Any way the suite was amazing but no bottled water was offered unless you paid for it. Most places offer complimentary water. We left our room at 0700 one day and returned at 1530 to find our room not serviced and housekeeping were about to start. They forgot about our room. We waited at the bar for our room to be cleaned, our drinks should have been complimentary. The service at the bar was quite good but that was about it. Forget the pool it was constantly full of kids and even at night after 9pm when it was supposed to be adults only. Would I stay again? It was close to our daughter in Malvern which is why we chose it but no I don’t think so.

From the moment my little family walked in we had an amazing time. Beautiful hotel, rooms are excellent and the pool was fantastic. Made it so easy to also go shopping with everything at your doorstep. Excellent parking facilities too! We all can't wait to come back for a longer stay!
