Stayed here for 1 night in a double room, transiting from UK to Asia. Great location - 10 min walk to Metro, clean, bright room, good size. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Our room had a balcony, which we didn't request so that was a lovely surprise! Staff we dealt with were pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely welcoming staff, especially the front desk lady with the beautiful Northern Ireland accent. Excellent housekeeping staff in maintaining the room in spotless condition. Good breakfast. Good location. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks.

Good location but our room has plumbing issues

Location wise it’s good and close to centre and restaurants as well as a convenience store nearby. However our experience was tainted due to issues with plumbing of the toilet. Toilet was blocked and there wasn’t any other room available so we had to use the toilets in the basement.

Great accomodation. However, the booking stated 'balcony' - we were not given a room with a balcony. The receptionist did then show me a room with a balcony however the balcony was small and no seating would be possible on the balcony so we kept the room we were allocated. Also, it would have been helpful if the stairs had a sign saying stairs to all floors and emergency exit as we didn't find out until the last day that the stairs could be used. The lifts are not really adequate for the number of floors/ guests
