The hotel is located inside a shopping mall facility which is pretty convenient. Regarding the room, it was like any other Ibis experience with a good bed, and clean room. The only issue was the check-in. There was a big queue for it, and took more than 40 minutes to have it done. Staff seemed to be a bit confused, but in general, it was a nice stay.

Disappointing stay, not like the Ibis i know in other locations

Terrible experience - we had no soap in room, no complimentary water in the room (we were told we had to pay) for over $100 per night stay, called housekeeping and they told us to come down and get soap. This was worse service than a budget hotel. Room was ok. Location was great, albeit far from the city center but close to the airport and amenities.

I payed 20 days and stayed only two. There is no refund, how can I be happy? No problems with hotel, service is fine and accommodations are great. Good luck if you need to cancel your reservation though!

I did not have a good experience at this time because the system responsible to issue Nota Fiscal was out of service. I payed for a dinner and could not request reimbursement because the Hotel restaurant was not able to issue the Nota Fiscal
