Receptionists are to shy they do not understand English

Not the first time stay in ibis Vienna airport, but this time the experience was really bad. No gel of shower in the room, bottle was empty. I was told this is normal… thank you ibis !!!

No issues experienced during my stay. The room was clean and provided the necessities I expected from an Ibis. The restaurant (Movenpick) in the main lobby was good.

It was absolutely fabulous, I had a 19 hour layover and through this I had perfect sleep, woke up next morning refreshed after a shower had breakfast and a couple cappuccino, then unhurried I went down the hallway to board my flight, arriving at my destination charming and delicious! It was my first time to meet her in person, and first impressions always count!
