Booked room on 15% off from All app but hotels staff denied to accept the same and instead of 15% they gave 5%. Is the offer on app is to fool customers. Neither they reply on mail and denied to accept the offer and talk very rudly. I am a regular customer of accor, first time face this kind of attitude from your staff. Also they 1st allocate us room on 7th floor where ac didn't works after several hours they allocate us room on 5th floor but again they changed the card and new card is not working again I go to the reception & faced same kind of rude behavior.

Room was not big enough for family, but it was comfortable. If enough space for luggage, I will rate it as 9 out of 10. Fully satisfied with the bed/ mattress, room service and food.
