Awesome luxury experience. Lovely people and very relaxing place. Many signature inclusions making it truely luxury and feel rejuvenated. Cocktail mixing session was nice, good experience making your own cocktail drink. Very clean and well maintained pool and tropical environment.

From the time we arrived to 5 nights later as we signed out with a sad face It would be the nicest, all you could possible want or need, all the staff far too many to name made it there mission to make you feel special and comfortable. The food and all experiences are exceptional and anyone who says this doesn’t happen on our door step have not visited The Reef House, Palm Cove. Thank you 🙏 😊

Wonderful experience created by the staff and the facility, we couldn't have asked for better. My wife said the food was the best she has ever eaten. We spent plenty of time in the mineral pool which made us feel great. Will return in the future for sure.

We normally review hotels & name staff who have gone above and beyond in order that their managers can ( hopefully) acknowledge their great service & work. The Reef House is first place we have been unable to do so as EVERY single staff member is superb. Every single member of the team from reception & concierge to restaurant and bar to pool attendants & spa staff has been so outstanding that it would genuinely be unfair to single anyone out. They are a fabulous team working hard to make your stay here perfect and in our experience they have exceeded that goal. Furthermore we experienced the degustation menu in the restaurant that was honestly one of, if not the best, meal I have ever had. The food was of such quality, cooked to perfection without any “Heston” type gimmickry, served at the right pace by attentive but discrete waiting staff accompanied by a superb selection of wines. It will become the benchmark for all future dinners. We honestly cannot fault The Reef House - I can see why they have one multiple awards. We hope to be lucky enough to return, hopefully soon ! From the detailed communication before our visit, the very personalised welcome, the gorgeous pools, surroundings and room it’s safe to say our experience at The Reef House was pretty perfect. The restaurant is outstanding for both breakfasts & dinner and the bespoke included experiences like cocktail making & wine tasting made our stay extra special. But the absolute standout of The Reef House is their people & service. From Cedric & Michelle front of house to the wonderful Kenny in the restaurant everyone we came across during our stay was just wonderful. We’ll be back!
