Good hotel, ideal for a short break. Some early morning noise from the trams, but you can't expect complete quiet in the city centre. No USB charging point in the room so you will need plugs and adapters.

Arrived in the afternoon, emptied the car and drove to nearby INDIGO parking - IBIS parking being fully booked. Ibis had an arrangement with indigo and this should reduce the rate from 44 to 25 € per day. It turned out that it was impossible to make it work, and instructions via intercom gave wrong directions leading to a halt at exit bar, with no other option than pay full price. The hotel is centrally located, and we almost didnt have use for the 24 hrs tramcard - most of things being in walking distance. Breakfast ok - but room had a foul smell of gutter. The maid tried to camouflage it with deo, and it worked for some time, but the smell came again. Fine bagage service at check out storing them for pick up at the afternoon - giving us the opertunity to see the astronomical watch in Notre Dame Cathedral.

Unacceptable not to have heating in the room, impossibile to change the room, technician not available during the weekend... I got a transportable heating system that was insufficient to heat tge room... I suffered a lot, caugh and sore throat...and I had to wear two wool sweaters... I asked for an additional cover, not available! I sent an email to Hotel managers to complain and ask for urgent help and reimbursement, no reply! Unacceptable!!!
