This is a very different type of Sofitel: much bigger than previous Sofitels we have stayed in and lacking their usual flair and sophistication. It was very much a big resort and conference hotel with spacious but rather dated bedrooms. However, we enjoyed our stay here. The beach was excellent, the pools perfect and the staff went out of their way to make your stay perfect. I’d particularly like to thank the concierge and the pool bar team who were lovely. The restaurants were a bit hit and miss. The in-site Manari Beach House restaurant was dreadful: our starters and main courses were served stone cold and when we complained, the staff - all of a sudden couldn’t speak or understand English! Unfortunately the Cucina restaurant wasn’t much better but the buffet restaurant was fine for evening meals and breakfasts and the bar served wonderful snacks. However it’s better to walk 15 minutes to the restaurants in the Bali Collection shopping centre where there’s a lot of choice and better prices. We tried the spa which is simply beautiful but the 90 minute massages we paid for were actually only 75 minutes. Finally there was really no special welcome for Accor All members. Whilst I’m a gold member we had to wait beyond the standard check in time for our room to be available. So there are quite a number of things which need to be improved but this notwithstanding it is a good hotel and we would still recommend staying here.

Stayed at Sofitel Nusa Dua from 21-26 April 2024 during my International congress with some other delegates. The hotel was fantastic. Room was spacious. Never seen a shower room that can fit in 4 person comfortably. L'Occitane toiletries, large bathtub and a king size bed. Mattress and pillow are very comfortable. Nice pool, and breakfast was amazing with different varieties of food. But the icing on the cake is your staff. From the Bellman, Concierge, Reception, housekeeping and the servers at breakfast all of them are fantastic. As a hotelier myself, I was impress with their service. A warm smile and genuine service. I look forward to coming back to Sofitel Nusa Dua and will definitely recommend Sofitel Nusa Dua to anyone coming to Bali.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel in Bali. The hotel is stunning and offers a variety of different activities to enjoy during your stay, from a fully equipped gym, to amazing spa facilities, a tennis court, bike rides on the beach and so much more. We originally had booked one night only but decided to extend it to three. As a Platinum member, my partner had access to the Millesime Club where we enjoyed the afternoon tea and decilious cocktails at happy hour each day. Mr. Artana, the Assistant Head Concierge, was absolutely lovely and so helpful! He went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular. A special mention to Ms. Asih from the Housekeeping team who did an amazing job in our room. It was such a treat to return to our room and have it be perfectly organized and clean. We couldn't be happier and would be delighted to return. Thank you to the entire team!!!

The food is very delicious. I'm from Korea and the staff's response was great. It was a good time to taste Indonesian chicken, too. I also requested for pickles, and thank you so much for bringing me pickles from the appetizer. Pickles that are greasy are also delicious. I'll come back tomorrow. Good luck
