Despite being in a city location the room was dark and quiet, I did find it rather warm and stuffy and needed the air conditioning on though. Bed was comfortable and facilities good, with tea and coffee available in reception. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff helpful and friendly.

Hotel was pleasant and staff very good. Room was large and had a balcony so a pleasant bonus. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Short walk to Spittleau Station so public transport in easy reach.

Hotel was really nice, staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location of hotel is actually pretty good because of great public transportation. There is a lot of tram and bus lines that go in the center of Vienna and also metro is really close. There is parking available in the garage beneath the hotel and we were really lucky because we took the last spot. We booked a family suite but they were overbooked and moved us to 2 separate rooms which was even better, but they didn’t charge anything extra. Would recommend staying there if you’re visiting Vienna.

I would be more than happy to give a higher score except that the internet connection was very faulty during most of my stay. However, the room was clean and it is very modern, with everything working perfectly. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of options in the buffet. And, most importantly, the staff is very polite, friendly and efficient.
