Entire team was very very nice! Their kindness was very much appreciated! On top of it, the hotel has great location, if you want to feel true Amsterdam life, not in the crowdy hectic touristic center, while in few minutes walking distance if you still want to be there. I will certainly go back to ibis Styles Amsterdam Amstel again!

Location of the hotel is very good. But there are some physical issues that must be improved. 1. Elevator is so small that we hardly fit the stroller of our daughter. 2. Carpets in the rooms could be replaced with laminated surfaces to improve cleanliness feeling.

Very good location, clean bedroom, good breakfast, very nice personnel at reception. It would be very good if you can arrange a special daily rate for your guests for the car parkings nearby (like Heineknplein one). The parking was really very expensive for 4 days.

Great location and nice staff; small rooms

Location is amazing, just far away enough from the busier areas to make it more tranquil, but close enough for you to walk anywhere. Staff is very nice (shoutout to Tania!) and helpful. Rooms are very small, so keep this in mind when traveling with a lot of luggage. Shower stall is really small, making showering a challenging experience.
