Big surprise as the Fitness / Welness was permanently closed!! Why this is not mentioned on the website ??? The hotel room was terribly hot, no way to get the room cooled down ! Big dissatisfaction.

Dear LUC VAN DEN A., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Lisboa Parque das Naçoes. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. It's a fact, our fitness is closed as we await an audit from the city council and despite constant glances it has not been easy due to the lack of availability of the external entity! However, by asking our teams we would have explained and certainly found a solution. As for the air conditioning, due to the still low outside temperatures, it was turned on on the 12th in the afternoon. Accor hotels have a system that allows you to either have hot, cold or neutral anything and that was how we were until the 12th, a date on which temperatures rose very seriously. After a stay of so many nights, it is a shame that you did not contact us personally so that it was possible to transform your disappointment into a positive experience. We chose this hotel fairly near the airport but with a fine view of the river and the Vasco da Gama tower. The room was spotlessly clean and very well designed with plenty of electrical outlets. Strong internet connection. Very friendly and helpful staff.
