Excellent hotel, really good bar, decent parking (a rarity in Trouville). The restaurant isn't quite up to the standards of the rest of the hotel, good, but not as good, but there are lots of good options a short walk away, so that's no real problem.

Our friend was taken ill during our stay, your reception team went above and beyond expectations to help his wife with paperwork and hospital admin support. However your restaurant does not meet the standard I would expect and I did not enjoy my spa experience.
