A wonderful treat to the ears by the most beautiful sitar played by Ustad Shahbaz Khan Ji during dinner. Made my evening with all the classic Bollywood songs played excellently. Would recommend this experience to anyone who's available here in the evening.

I have the fine dine experience at Novetel, Ahmedabad today. The buffet is one of the incredible meals, including oven rosted fish, egg curry, salad as well. Chef Mintu and Service Person Mr. Joy is wonderful, indulging customers. Great Experience.

I chose Novotel Ahmedabad based on my past experiences with Novotel Delhi and Vienna. Novotel Ahmedabad is no where near what i expected. I booked (by email directly from Hotel), a twin bed premier room with Lounge. at check in, i was told that Hotel Does not has twin bed configuration in these rooms and only has king room. I specifically asked for twin bed. If hotel only had king bed, they should have told me at the time of boking. I would have booked another hotel. The food (buffet Dinner and Breakfast) was awful. At dinner time the soup was bland and no spice. Tasted like canned tomato juice. The food was not fresh and looked like it was kept there for a long time and it lost all the texture and taste. Ice-cream has big ice chunks and overall, I raised the issue with the chef and it seemed like no one cared. the selection was not impressive and it cannot be associated with a five-star hotel. Breakfast was equally disappointing. Not much of a spread and whatever was there was just stored in big piles. most items lost all there oils and texture because of storing in a pile over the warm water. Big waste of money. Never going to return to this hotel.

Great great experience. Superb location, it was very convenient for my daily commute to work. The team at Novotel Ahmedabad is fantastic, showed out of the world hospitality. Room was wonderful, food was amazing. The quality of food is really good, special mention to the pastry chef, the warm croissants, and bajra tea cake on the breakfast buffet was delightful. Thankyou Shambhu, F&B Manager, for the creative welcome amenity, and looking after my food and beverage needs at the hotel. Team at The Square restaurant(loved the to go masala tea which was ready before I go to office). Overall, had a great time here. Thank you Mr. Amit Sangwan for everything!

O atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã e localização são bons, almoço e jantar eu sinceramente não gostei das opções. A limpeza dos quartos deixaram a desejar, em baixo das camas, roupa de cama, pia do banheiro estavam sujos, sem contar o odor do quarto que estava muito ruim.
