Very friendly and helpful lady at the reception, good location but not very well indicated parking place and not yet finished corridor from the outdoor parking to the reception.

Hotel is located is a bit outside the main attractions of Bruges, which was known. I booked the hotel because of swimming pool and bunk bed availability. The hotel rooms should have provided an option to make tea/coffee instead of having to go to reception everytime for such requirements. Breakfast is just about average, with no major options to choose from. Would have liked to have more options to choose from. Balcony door couldnt be opened due to pungent sewage smell from outside. Service was quite good. Checkin, Checkout, Swimming pool, gym bookings all were quite fast and well done. I had to change room due to lack of air circulation in the first room.

We have pleasant stay in a family suit which is 2 bedrooms and a living space (kitchen/living area) . Apartment is spacious + balcony, bathroom clean, beds comfy. Aircon unit in one of the bedrooms was a bit loud but still bearable to have a sleep.
