Positive: Hotel is close to Southwark station, about two minute walk, as is a Tesco express for any essentials. Breakfast was ok, everything you could expect. Negatives: The cleanliness of this hotel was poor, the wooden flooring was so dusty you had to brush off your feet before getting into bed. The drains were noisy all the time as best, but at times really gurgling, to the point where they woke me up a couple of times. I had paid for late check out after running a half marathon but been locked out of my room when I returned, resulting in an unnecessary trip back to reception to resolve. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Very basic hotel, there are better offers nearby.

Very good experience, clean and big rooms. Lobby is really vibrant and nice. Location is perfect very close to the metro station and bus station and within a walking distance to Borough market, tower bridge and several cafes.

We stayed on a Sunday night in a twin room. The room was a good size for two friends and everything was clean and well organised. The breakfast in the morning was good quality and saved us having to find somewhere to eat after a late night out. The check in/out process was super quick and smooth
