Nice clean rooms , close to underground but the service in the resteraunt was very slow, not really helpful and the quality of food was awful ,

Stayed at the 12th floor which was a lot nicer than a previous stay. Room was great and so is the location.

I found housekeeping somewhat lacking. While they provided new towels etc on a daily basis they did not provide clean glassware or clean table surfaces.

Poor cleanliness and noisy drainage

Location of the hotel was good, about a 2 minute walk from the tube station. However, the cleanliness of the room was very poor. The hard flooring was extremely dusty when walking around (had to brush feet off before getting into bed). The drainage in the bathroom was extremely noisy, at the least you could hear gurgling all the time but occasionally was excessive and woke me throughout the night. We had been locked out of our room during the day despite having booked late check out, therefore after running a half marathon I had to trek back downstairs to have the key reactivated. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.
