NO WAY - GIVE THIS A BIG MISS!! small crappy rooms. Restaurant food is sub rate and not value. The staff are friendly, however seem to have hands tied behind there back! I so wish we had not othered. Im very surprised Accor allow this one in thre stable. ,

This hotel is very well located in the center of London, not far away from the main attractions and a tube station. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the Rituals soaps, and having a view over the city with the Shard in the background. The sauna and pool are also nice. Breakfast has a wide choice, the only thing missing was the salmon. It can be very crowded after 8.30, so it is a good idea to arrive early. We also enjoyed having delicious dishes in the restaurant on the evening. We can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Bad Welcome by the lady receptionist. Very rude. But was greeted nicely by the gentleman on check in.
