Zoveel dingen die niet kloppen... Echt een afrader

Om te beginnen: onbehulpzame staff aan de receptie; lastig doen om een factuur te krijgen; geen late checkout toestaan "want ze zijn vol", maar als ik het later aan een andere medewerker krijg dan krijg ik dit zonder problemen... Verder geen erkenning whatsoever voor mijn Platinum status bij Accor (geen upgrade, geen welkomsgeschenk, ... niets), geen punten, ... (ondanks boeking via standaard Accor-platform). Erg koele, onaangename, kleine drukke lobby. Locatie is erg centraal, maar zelfs wat té centraal: lastig te bereiken met de auto, en er is amper ruimte om met de auto op de oprit te rijden, laat staan om met de auto te wachten. Onbehulpzame en weinig attente staff aan de balie - na inchecken gingen we de verkeerde richting uit, en namen we de (vuile) staff elevator - de mensen aan de receptie hebben ons zien wegstappen in de verkeerde richting maar hebben niets gezegd. De kamer zelf is oké; standaard Novotel kwaliteit. Ik heb de dag hiervoor voor dezelfde prijs (!) in Pullman Nanjing Lukou Airport gelogeerd, en dat was het andere uiterste: enorm luxueus en verzorgd. Hier waren er teveel teleurstellingen, ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan.

This high-rise hotel is situated close to the metro station. Lifts are efficient. Employees are friendly. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious and fresh. The ambience is serene.

Poor facilities- air conditioning

I am staying at the hotel, and today is the 2nd night. I ‘ve just made a request at the reception to check whether my air conditioning is working or not coz it keeps at 25 degree Celsius no matter what temperature I switched to. It is terrible hot at the room and the staff only brings me the electric fan! So is the air conditioning not working properly? They said no, but then why it cannot lower down the temperature? Then, the staff said there’s energy controls in the city! Excuse me? What? There ‘a no such thing at all! I am disappointed on the staff ‘s way to solve a problem. I suggested to change room if it cannot be solved but no one responded. I turned out staying at the same room. And the funniest thing is the staff said the temperature of the city will drop tomorrow! And suggested us to open the windows! If this can solve the issue, why should an air conditioner exist?

Great Location, breakfast was out of expecation not good

Location is great. Gym room is not well maintained, it seems abandon for a long period of time. Breakfast is the worst out of all my stays in Accor hotels. No Services at all, no one cleaned the tables, no one refilled the food. And the food tasted really bad and not fresh!

Hotel limpo, super organizado, todos falam inglês e o preço é super justo. Vale a pena caso passem por nanjing! Café da manhã maravilhoso também e localização perfeita. Não tenho o que reclamar. Recomendo.
