Overall, we need to consider that the hotel is an Ibis budget and for that segment it fulfilled the purpose/quality. The hotel itself it has a good exterior image. The inside it is ok. The pictures depicted were truthful to reality. The staff wasn't unfriendly but wasn't also helpful. The concept feels like to be based on extra pay for any service beside the room (example, the shuttle bus).
