This is a great hotel next door to the Platinum Mall and a short walking distance to Central World and Siam Paragon. We spent 5 nights over March/April. Being accor plus members, we were totally spoiled by Mi, Ice and Cara. Ladies, you provided exemplary service. We could not be more appreciative of the way you took such good care of us, each and every day. Thank you. The food in both the restaurant, lounge and restaurant is high quality and delicious. The breakfast buffet is one of the biggest that I have ever encountered with daily specials that were not repeated in the 5 mornings we ate there. Book this hotel. You won't be disappointed with the location and quality of customer service.

Great location, great staff and service. Try the breakfast bufeet with promotional price (got it when we checked in), food was ok. Room service is good. Room cleaning was a bit late but still acceptable, the room was clean. Bed and pillow also comfortable. We got 17floor with nice view overlooking central world. View Rooftop at level 9 also magnificent and offered nice drinks with great view

Unlike the past the access to mall on 6th level escalators were closed . Also they made me choose an early check in or late check out , I chose late check out but they only gave me until 1pm then didn’t allow me to use the lounge anymore (and I had a flight at 7pm yet). The breakfast menu was excellent, daily .

Good location and convenient

This is our first time staying at this hotel during Songkran 2024. The hotel location is very convenient because it was connected with Platinum Fashion Mall. Easy access and within walking distance to everything (food, shopping, BTS, etc). However, it can be very busy with people due to the many hawker stalls around hotel/mall. Special thanks to hotel staff Alin, Ice, Mi and others who were very helpful and friendly. We shall definitely will stay here again in future.

A friendly and helpful receptionist (especially Ice and Cara ;) ). Great place near shopping mall (platinum fashion mall) and many food stalls. Quite big room, comfy, and clean. Thank you for your hospitality and also for your special welcome fruit (not only welcome drink). Highly recommend.
