We really liked the room which had its own kitchen area. It was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in and we were able to leave our bags in the cloakroom.

A quiet room in Brussels historical centre. Next to metro entrance.

Very rewarding for a business traveller. Only problem was the immediate environment outside. Sick homeless people, and that is distressing.

Is it impolite and only concerned with profit if the apartment is rented without any indication of possible noise from a construction site? Unfortunately, the room was paid for in advance and the city was as good as fully booked, a breach of trust in the early booking discounts. On top of that, the rooms were very worn and cost €160 a night.
