- Great location. Practically next to metro. Near bus stop. - Lots of resto, supermarket - Big space, clean and in good shape - Free sparkling and still water in reception But - no tea - gym facility very minimum

It is gratifying to know that the spaciousness and cleanliness of our accommodations met your satisfaction, and that the complimentary water in our reception was a welcome refreshment. We regret to hear that the lack of tea in the room did not meet your expectations. While we do not have tea facilities mentioned in the survey, we always encourage our guests to make use of the fully equipped kitchenette in each room for their convenience. Regarding the gym equipment, we are continuously working to improve our facilities and your feedback is invaluable in this process. Nice overall, just issue with the fitness, not very clean, and like no body take care.

central but noisy

Clean and spacious rooms and very friendly personnel. However, being situated in the center of the Grand Place, it is extremely noisy when windows are open. Unfortunately, in my room the AC was malfunctional which barely let another option than opening a window.

Super convenient location but unilateral price increase was unacceptable

If convenience is what you are looking for, this is the place. Subway is just downstairs of hotel and Brussels main station is 10 mins away. You can also find lots of eateries and supermarkets with 5 minutes of hotel. Main shopping street is also 5 minutes away. However as the hotel is in the heart of the city, noise is horrendous though I stayed on level 7 which is the top floor. You can hear merry making all the way till 1am both weekdays and weekends if you don't close your windows tight. No sight for me to speak of as room was facing a construction site which starts work at 6am. Lastly I was very unhappy as I was charged 10 euro more for early check-in though there was a lower price stated on my booking. As a reputable hotel chain, it is a matter of principle to honour the price contracted. I should not be liable for any price increase after my booking. This is not professional and right way to do business.
