Too far from town. We arrive at the hotel around noon and had to wait for another 2 to 3 hours for our room.

the food variety can be improved. dinner menu should be different when guests are dining at the restaurant as the all day menu is also served at the dinner time. Variety is very limiting

Room was nice. I find the bed too hard. I found hair on the toilet seat and the toilet bowl has dripping stains of cleaning liquid soaps which looks disgusting for a hotel. Shower conditioner bottle cant be pressed, seems broken so I dnt use it at all. View was amazing!! I enjoyed watching the locals passing by in their long canoe. if only the hotel owns boat, I would definitely pay for my short 10-15mins around or under the bushes/trees by the lake. Food was ok. As a smoker, I beleive its best u allow smoking at the balcony as you have security asking to borrow roll which is annoying. Last day was pretty disappointing. Myself n 2 other colleagues from 214 & 116 room keys were blocked without a warning. They should've inform their customers of checkouts rules instead of just blocking the key without notice.

A peaceful setting with friendly staff and beautiful new furnishings in the dining area. Food was fantastic. At times it was very noisey in the rooms with the echoing from the tiled hallway especially with late flight arrivals and early staff starting their day. Maybe the room doors need door seals as there were considerable gaps. Maybe this is on the refurbishment list anyway because we realised on going work is still happening. Having said this, we do plan to stay again in July when I am back in Suva for work.

I thought the staff were awesome. My checkin was seamless and the service provided throughout my stay was top notch. Room was nice and clean, the restaurant was even better with the new furniture change. Food was great also. Vinaka Vakalevu.
