Poor service AC not working first night till next day evening

Checkin was not warm as silver member no arrival drinks and no arrival amenities. Room Cleaning issues , shower gel empty, tissue box only 4 tissues sheet, AC not working first night till the next day evening reporting serval time. Laundry washing machine wasn’t working well and cleaning of the machines and dryer poor. Positive was the evening reception staff male.

Quite a standard Adagio hotel in the city center. The location is close to the bahnhof but the area is the worst in the city - just decide what is more important for you. Rooms are small, not modern, equipment is sometimes broken, but nothing critical. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was great from the early checking to the final check out. The room had everything we needed except dishwashing soap. I would definitely stay here again.
