Wow what a beautiful start of the day with superb service at buffet. Tasty food, wonderful service by Mr. Suraj and wow the coffee made by Mr. Bajrang made my day. The art work coffee and my happiness seeing it. Superb work guys. Keep it up . See you soon

Never coming back to Novotel, choose IBIS

Complete Disappointment ! Thought Novotel has maintained certain standards but I feel their co hotel being the IBIS which is smaller but the quality of Sweets and Snacks are much better than the Novotel's. I had been to Novotel in March and trust me their food is unhygienic and below standards. I'm sure you can offer better quality to your in room guests. Totally pathetic quality of Namkeen served Along with roadside samosa and the quality of Sweets were the poorest, gulab jamun tasted they were months old and full of poor raw material. Coming to the food, it was ok but comparing it with IBIS both being under same company, they still did a good job in food including their sweets and Namkeen items! Wake up Novotel and don't serve de graded stuff to your own in room customers
