Clean, well-equipped room with a small kitchen so you can have your own food if you prefer. Friendly staff and excellent location. Room was a bit cold at night but they supplied an extra duvet when asked. Also quite noisy at times above the restaurant below, but for the most part it didn't disturb us. Would stay again!

The aparthotel is conveniently located at the base of Montmartre, in between Anvers and Abbesses Métro. This is where the positives stop. Unfortunately, the majority of Adagio staff here either seemed annoyed that they had guests to welcome and help, or looked miserable whenever we walked past. When we arrived, we met the only helpful member of staff but we were early to check in so left our suitcase in the storage room which is out of sight of the front desk. We were not given a tag/ticket (apparently more were being delivered some time that week — order more promptly!!) so had to rely on nobody stealing it from the room while we were out. When we came back later that day, Hakima was on the desk. I’ve never met somebody so disinterested in my life. She took 20 minutes to check us in, constantly distracted by her laptop, and when other guests asked to collect their bags while we were checking in, she gave them her entire lanyard with multiple keys on it so they could go in themselves. Amazing display of poor security and laziness! The lift is so tiny it only officially fits four people, and it struggled to fit myself, my partner, and one medium-sized suitcase. The room itself was very cramped. I understand Paris in general has small apartments and tight living spaces, but at least make practical use of the space you have. The cutlery for the kitchen was stored with the TV across the room. The furniture didn’t fit in the room properly. The bathroom was horrendously impractical; the raised shower doesn’t have a door or screen, yet the shower head points directly out into the open space. Even wet rooms have some kind of screen to prevent water going everywhere. As a result, the bathroom had black mould and gaping holes everywhere. The bed was scratchy and the pillows were like sandpaper. They were also very flat so only really suited front-sleepers. I’ve stayed in Adagio places several times before and this was by far the worst. I shan’t be recommending it to anybody staying in Paris.

Front desk staff were so lovely and friendly. Good security. Lift was a bit small but it's Paris and its an old building so I do appreciate any lift at all! The room situation was fantastic, with two interconnecting rooms, two kitchen areas and two bathrooms. Lots of space. The hotel is brilliantly located and I can't believe how quiet it was given its location in montmatre, the bustling streets around it. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Lovely apartment close to Montmartre and within walking distance of Gare du Nord. It is in a small cul de sac, so very quiet. There is everything you need nearby: boulangerie, supermarket, restaurants and metro. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a studio, quite spacious for 3 people, plenty of storage, very clean and secure entrance. They can store your luggage securely, so you can explore Paris.

Well located, great for families, but needs a few improvements

One of the staff who checked us in was super friendly (forgot her name), the others not so much. In regards to some improvements required, the bathroom faucet sink drained very slowly, took a very long time for it to drain! The inside of the shower was pretty clean but the outside of the shower had some really gross grime on the edges. The refrigerator made a bit of noisy. Overall it was a pleasant stay, plenty of room for a family of 4 and a kitchen to cook your own meals. Tons of nice restaurants and cafes nearby and many grocery stores within a few minutes walk as well.
