WiFi was not working throughout my stay. Even the guys from receptions were very reluctant to tell us whether it will resolved or not. Very disappointed. During the breakfast, I felt it was quite mismanaged. I wanted to add breakfast but there was short of people in the kitchen so we were denied to have. Request to you though it is a budget hotel but that does not mean the service you have mentioned in your website, that you are unable to provide.

We stayed one night only on the 1/04/24. On arrival keys were handed over to us without any information regarding breakfast or other services. In the morning I went to reception to find out but the guy working in reception and the kitchen did not have time for me. Kept on telling me he was busy and has no time . I stood there until a lady came over , apologised and gave me information I needed. She even told the guy at reception off for speaking that way to a staying customer. Because of his bad mood and bad attitude, we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel anymore, and we planned to extend and pay the extra charges but we decided to leave the place immediately as the host didn’t seem to want us in their hotel. Very poor experience

Check in: The staff at the reception wasn't very welcoming at all. I believe he should not be working in a hospitality industry if he's not even giving even just a basic service ( a smile). Room: You obviously get what you pay for. Uncomfortable bed good for 2 pax and a child on the bunk who enjoyed the climbing up and down. Expect for just the essentials (a bed, a small sink, a shower with shower gel, a toilet, a tv and a window). Breakfast : This is a hotel who cannot handle a full house buffet. We arrived at an empty breakfast buffet with no clean plates or cutleries at 9am. There were not much food and the poor staff was doing a one man show doing receptionist, dishwashing and replacing the buffet items job all at the same time. Surely the hotel knew it was more people than usual for breakfast that day, at least they could've added more staff. It took some time before help arrived from the hotel next door before the buffet breakfast went back up and running again. Breakfast items are not bad at all with mostly cold items. Good enough to fuel up for the day. WIFI: Showed wifi availability on website but never mentioned it was kaput/broken for our 2 days stay. (I am guessing for a long time already basing from other reviews) but staff shows no remorse as if wifi is something not important for people nowadays, as if it is not included on what you pay for and especially because nothing was mentioned on their website.

For tourist it's too far from the city centre. Its far from the bus station. Buses not that frequent after 10am.

No WiFi!!! It was out of service. I was told to go to the nearby ibis if I wanted to use WiFi. There the staffs were welcoming. Overheard one staff telling his colleague in French " another one more, WiFi is out of service since days"
