Attended a wedding here Saturday. Great venue. Getting ready the room had patio doors onto an outside space with tables and chairs so everyone could be together whilst bride and bridesmaids were getting ready. Great for the children too - safe for them to play and not be bored. Great grounds for wedding photos. The food was delicious and the vegan option was amazing. Wedding planner Charlotte was faultless and made everything go smoothly. Would recommend 100% as a wedding venue.

Diane was amazing. Did my morning massage and afternoon facial. Massage was so firm and hit every concerning knot without me having to say a thing. Really firm, which is what I like, really trying to work out those knots. I’ve been to a few spas and massages and honestly, this was the BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD. the facial was gorgeous,all so relaxing and such expertise on my skin. I’ve had such a great day and had to leave a review immediately as I was impressed by the whole experience. The staff, the multiple different saunas, the pool, the surroundings, THE FOOD, the products. You’ve not got a fault. Thank you for today. Loved it xoxoox

Great venue for company meetings

Organised and ran an all day meeting in the conference centre. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, particularly Carol who couldn’t do enough for us, always checking we had what we needed throughout the day. The lunch was very nice, they catered to dietary requirements in our team and everything was on time and fitted in around our day. Room set up was great, didn’t need for anything. Would definitely use again.

Good morning Mercure Norton Grange. Hope you’re well. I just though id contact regarding my booking from Sunday on reference number NJCLBTFQ. We usually stay 4 times a year at the Mercure hotel an found the room 232 very disappointing for many reasons detailed below. • The bed felt broken as it seemed to dip in areas and squeaked a lot on movement causing a very sleepless night. • There was a kettle on the smallest lead possible that was an issue to get working as we had to hold it while boiling. • There was no glasses in the room as well as the additional pillows and no hair dryer. I phoned down to reception and mentioend this was missing and offered to come down and get one or if one can be dropped in the room. Was answered with one will be taken to our room and busy at the moment ☹) As mentioned above, we stay here four times a year with these been spa breaks and never have an issue with service usually been great. Just a little bit upsetting based on the money we spent for a break away to have multiple issues and a very poor sleepless night based on the facilities in that room. Regards Phil T.
